Intexel Platform Privacy Policy

I. What Personal Information We Collect and Purposes of Collection

• Registration email: Used for account login, identity verification, security alerts, platform notifications, and compliance notifications;
• Account login records: Login IP, device/browser identifier, and login time, used for account security risk control and account theft prevention.

For enterprise users: enterprise name, Unified Social Credit Code, and contact person name, used solely for enterprise qualification verification and paid invoicing.

Visited page URLs, access time, device model, browser type, and page click behavior, used for platform function optimization, access statistics, and troubleshooting. Only anonymized aggregated analysis is performed, without identifying natural person identities.

We will not proactively collect sensitive personal information such as ID numbers, facial data, bank card information, precise geolocation, or biometric identifiers. If users actively upload and store sensitive information, users shall bear the data security compliance responsibility on their own.

II. Information Usage Rules

• Used solely for providing, maintaining, and optimizing the platform's cloud development, domain name, and email services, and will not be used beyond the scope necessary for the services;
• Used for security risk control: identifying abnormal logins, prohibited deployments, and spam behavior to protect account and platform security;
• Used for compliance notifications: sending emails regarding agreement updates, service expiration, resource reclamation, and violation warnings;
• Aggregated anonymized statistical data is used for product iteration and cannot be associated with specific natural person users;
• We will never conduct targeted advertising based on personal information, nor sell or trade user personal information to third parties.

III. Information Storage and Security Protection

All user personal information is stored on compliant cloud servers within the territory of mainland China, and personal information is not transferred across borders;

• (1) Registration email and login logs are continuously retained during the period of account activity;
• (2) All personal information is permanently erased within 15 days after account cancellation;
• (3) Log records required to be retained by laws and regulations (network access, operation records) are retained for 2 years and automatically deleted upon expiration.

Security technical measures: End-to-end HTTPS encryption for transmission, desensitization of sensitive database information, hierarchical access permission control, and regular security inspections to prevent information leakage, tampering, and loss.

IV. Limited Scenarios for Information Sharing and Disclosure

Your information may be shared only under the following statutory circumstances, without prior consent:

• You proactively authorize and give written consent to sharing;
• Lawfully issued documents for retrieval by statutory authorities such as people's courts, public security, cyberspace administration, and market regulation authorities;
• To the extent necessary for service performance, anonymized access logs are provided to underlying third-party service providers (Cloudflare, Resend), and third parties have no right to use them for other purposes;
• In the event of an emergency, to protect the life and property safety of you or third parties;
• Other circumstances explicitly permitted by laws and regulations.

V. Your Statutory Personal Information Rights

• Right to Access and Copy: You may log into the console to view personal information stored in your account, and may contact customer service to export copies of all your personal information;
• Right to Correct and Supplement: If you find that your personal information is incorrect or incomplete, you may apply for correction or supplementation through the console or customer service;
• Right to Delete: You may apply to delete personal information through customer service when (a) the processing purpose has been achieved, cannot be achieved, or is no longer necessary; (b) we cease providing services; or (c) you cancel your account;
• Right to Restrict Processing: You may request restriction of processing when there is a dispute regarding information accuracy, processing is unlawful, or processing is no longer necessary but deletion is not permitted;
• Right to Withdraw Consent: You may withdraw previously given consent for information processing at any time through account settings or customer service, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on prior consent;
• Right to Cancel Account: You may apply for account cancellation through the console, and upon completion of the cancellation procedure, your account will be permanently deactivated and personal information will be deleted or anonymized within the aforementioned period;
• Right to File Complaints: You have the right to file complaints with the Cyberspace Administration of China and other regulatory authorities if you believe our personal information processing activities violate laws and regulations.

VI. Protection of Minors' Personal Information

This platform does not intentionally collect personal information from minors under the age of 14. If you are a minor under 14, please do not register an account or submit any personal information. If we discover that personal information from a minor under 14 has been collected, we will take prompt measures to delete the relevant information.

VII. Policy Updates and Notification Methods

This policy may be updated from time to time based on changes in laws and regulations or business adjustments. Upon material changes to this policy, we will notify you through platform announcements, in-app notifications, or email. If you continue to use our services after the policy update takes effect, you are deemed to have agreed to the revised policy.

VIII. Application of This Policy and Applicable Law

This policy applies to all products and services provided by the Intexel platform. For matters not covered herein, the provisions of relevant laws and regulations shall apply. The interpretation, performance, and dispute resolution of this policy shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
