Intexel Platform Service Terms

These Service Terms constitute a supplementary and independent document to the Intexel User Agreement

I. Scope of Application

These Service Terms constitute a supplementary and independent document to the Intexel User Agreement, specifically governing the rights and obligations, service levels, and restriction rules for the platform's four core services: domain hosting, Worker computing resources, D1 database, email verification API, and DNS resolution. All users using the platform's development services must comply with these terms.

II. Custom Domain Hosting Service Rules

Free accounts may bind only 1 self-owned domain (e.g., intexel.eu.org). The domain ownership must belong to the user, and the user must complete domain ownership verification before resolution can be enabled.

If a user accidentally deletes a domain binding record within the platform, we are under no obligation to automatically restore it; the user must re-complete DNS ownership verification to add it again.

If a user's domain involves illegal sites, infringing content, or spam email sending, we reserve the right to immediately terminate domain hosting and block resolution, with no compensation for domain recovery.

The platform only provides DNS resolution hosting. Domain renewal and domain ownership management are to be operated by the user at their domain registrar. We do not assume risks of domain expiration or registrar suspension.

Third-party email service provider (Resend/SES) domain verification failures are caused by the user's DNS configuration or third-party rules. We only provide configuration guidance and are not responsible for third-party review results.

III. Cloudflare Worker Computing and Deployment Service Rules

Free computing quotas are as published on the official website. Exceeding the quota will automatically restrict API access and suspend project operation; users may upgrade to paid plans to expand computing capacity.

Deployment of mining programs, brute-force cracking scripts, large-scale crawlers, or traffic attack scripts is prohibited. Upon detection, Worker instances will be immediately shut down.

All liability for rate limiting, bans, or infringements arising from Worker external requests to third-party interfaces shall be borne entirely by the deploying user.

We regularly clean up long-term idle Worker projects with no traffic. A 7-day email warning will be sent prior to cleanup.

IV. D1 Database Storage Service

Free database storage has capacity and query count limits; exceeding the limits will restrict read and write operations.

Users must not store sensitive personal citizen information (ID numbers, phone numbers, facial data, etc.) in the database. If such storage is required, users must upgrade to an enterprise paid plan and complete data security filing.

Free databases have no scheduled backups; deleted data cannot be recovered. Paid plans support manual/automated backup exports.

V. Email Verification Service (Resend/SES) Rules

The platform's email interface is only for legitimate user registration verification and in-site notifications. Bulk marketing emails and spam push messages are prohibited.

If a domain is blacklisted by email service providers due to the user sending prohibited emails, we reserve the right to permanently disable the email function for that domain, and paid email quotas will not be refunded.

Users must completely configure MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC DNS records according to platform guidance. Missing records will cause email verification failure and messages being directed to the spam folder.

VI. Service Level Agreement (SLA) Distinction

Free Services: No SLA guarantee. No compensation is provided for downtime, latency, or feature restrictions.

Enterprise Paid Plans: 99.9% monthly uptime guarantee is provided. If monthly uptime falls below the standard, corresponding service extensions will be granted based on downtime duration. Cash refunds are not supported.

VII. Third-Party Service Provider Risk Notice

The platform's infrastructure relies on third-party services including Cloudflare, Resend, Amazon SES, and domain registrars. We bear no liability for compensation in the following circumstances involving third parties:

  • Third-party platform rule changes or API deprecation;
  • Third-party server failures or regional network blockages;
  • Third-party bans or verification rejections imposed on user domains or accounts.

VIII. Service Suspension and Reclamation Details

  • Free domains, free computing resources, and free databases will be automatically reclaimed and cleared after 90 consecutive days of no activity;
  • Paid services not renewed upon expiration will be granted a 15-day grace period. After the grace period ends, all resources will be reclaimed and data erased;
  • Violating resources, upon verification, will be immediately shut down without grace period or compensation.

IX. Terms Updates

Updates to these Service Terms will be published on the official website's service description page. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
